I’m making this post because I honestly had a terrible experience and I hope it helps someone avoid the same mistake.
I got scammed on Facebook after buying what was advertised as a 2025 Surron Light Bee X e-bike. The bike would only run for about 38 minutes before shutting down completely. When I opened the battery compartment to inspect the issue, I discovered something shocking, the battery inside was not even the original one. It appeared to be a battery from a Light Bee S, which is incompatible with the Light Bee X.
To make things worse, the battery wiring had clearly been cut and modified by the seller just to force it to work temporarily. After that, the bike completely stopped turning on. No response, no startup, no controller beeping during checks nothing. At that point, I genuinely felt like I had lost everything.
After explaining my situation to some friends, I was recommended here, and that changed everything. I placed an order for an original 2025 Light Bee X battery and the required replacement parts. Since I’m in the U.S., shipping was surprisingly fast, uhhhh say just within just a few business days, everything arrived safely and properly packaged.
The battery was 100% original, exactly as described, and all the replacement parts matched perfectly. Once everything was installed, the bike came back to life immediately. Smooth startup, proper power delivery, and no issues.
What stood out most was their professionalism, transparency, and fast response throughout the process. They understood how frustrating it is to lose money to scams and made sure I got exactly what I needed to get back riding.
If you’re dealing with battery issues, damaged parts, or even recovering from a bad purchase like I was, I strongly recommend getting genuine parts from trusted people. It saved my bike and honestly saved me from taking a complete loss.

Kuddos to Surronsusa for this upgrade, Lithium ion uses plates separated by liquid rolled into a cell. Solid state uses layers separated by a thin ceramic. This makes them much much safer to the point where some batteries you can even cut in half and they will still work just with half capacity, so awesome 👌
