For anyone finding this thread moving forward. I have had AWFUL customer service with Luna despite what everyone on gods internet says. They are entirely too busy now to keep up with demand and their customer service is hurting. Not only do they take extended periods of time to respond but they’re just difficult and rude, plus thier prices are over the roof for FS!!!!
Ordered the deluxe float seat for surron and they shipped it with a signature required via UPS. First off who the fuck does this? No one… Secondly I asked politely via email if they could remove this restriction for me as UPS advised only they could. They said no, and we are not sorry.
WHO THE FUCK SAYS THAT EITHER?! Garbage pieces of shit do not use this company. I had no issues with SURRON USA despite all the hate i heard from people trying to down play them jisy so they can order internationally. My Sur Ron Light Bee X replaced my dirt bike and car for city riding
I used to split my rides between a gas dirt bike and a small city car, but since picking up the Sur Ron Light Bee X, both have taken a back seat. I live near hilly terrain and rough roads, and this thing handles it all without the noise, fuel costs, or maintenance of a regular bike. The torque is instant, the suspension is surprisingly smooth, and I can rip through urban shortcuts or go trail-riding without switching vehicles.
I originally thought of it as just an off-road toy, but it’s turned into a legitimate daily driver. With a few mods, like road tires, handlebar risers, and a larger rear sprocket. I now use it for grocery runs, commuting, and weekend rides. I even installed a rear rack and small panniers for carrying supplies. Charging overnight from a home socket gives me around 60–70 km per charge, depending on terrain and riding style.
What helped me get it cheaper was avoiding foreign dealers who inflate prices. I don’t see why we shouldbe ordering from foreign dealers when there’s one right here, these guys got options where I could pick battery spec options and even get extra parts included in the deal. It took a few weeks to deliver, but the savings, trust and transparency were worth it.
It’s the best mix of electric performance and rugged fun I’ve experienced. Maintenance has been minimal, and the aftermarket support is strong if you ever want to upgrade brakes, suspension, or lighting. For anyone sitting on the fence, this bike is seriously versatile and addictive once you get used to the instant torque.

2025 Light Bee X or 2025 Ultra Bee
I’m 17yo about **5’6”**, **135 lbs**, and just getting into dirt bikes. I’m trying to decide between picking up a **Light Bee** or waiting and saving for the **Ultra Bee**. I found a **Light Bee for $3.8K CAD**, which seems like a really good deal compared to the usual price here in the states. The **Ultra Bee** is around **$6K CAD**, so I’d need to save for a bit if I go that route. My plan is to ride **on the streets and do some trail riding nothing too wild (yet), but I’d like something that can handle both as I get more into it. My biggest worry is outgrowing the Light Bee too fast. I’ve seen mixed reviews, some people say it’s awesome, others say it starts to feel like a toy compared to other options. I don’t want to buy it and regret not just waiting for the Ultra Bee. But at the same time, I’d love to start riding now instead of months from now. So if you’ve ridden either one (or both), would you recommend jumping on the Light Bee deal now and upgrading later, or is it better to just wait it out and go straight for the Ultra? Appreciate any advice, I’ll be ordering by the weekend, thanks!

At 5’6” and 135 lbs, the Light Bee X would be a great fit, especially as your first dirt bike. It’s lightweight, easy to control, very fun on trails, and still capable for street riding with the right setup. Many riders start with the Light Bee and continue enjoying it for years because of the huge aftermarket support and upgrade options.
The Ultra Bee is a bigger step up with more power, stability, and a more full-size dirt bike feel. It’s a great choice if you know you’ll be riding harder terrain and want the extra performance from the beginning.
For your current riding plans, street riding, beginner trail riding, and learning the basics the Light Bee sounds like the perfect starting point. You can always upgrade later as your skills and riding style grow.

Surron light bee S vs X,( bought all 2 here )
I’m trying to decide between the Surron Light Bee S and Light Bee X which i can sell to top up for an even bigger or better bike, and I’ve also been eyeing the Talaria XXX as a potential 3rd option. I’ve ridden many electric mountain bikes before, but this would be my first review on dirt bike, so I want something beginner-friendly but still fun and capable. I’m around 5’7″ and 52kg, so weight and size are definitely factors. I’ve mostly be riding in a mix of urban environments and on rough terrain or trails, nothing super extreme, since I didn’t and still don’t want something that’ll hold me back too soon either. I’m not too concerned about insane hill climbs, and I’d be fine with a top speed around 30mph. Range-wise, Iv always needed something crazy, most of my first rides were under 100km (60 miles). I’m planning to buy an Ultra Bee too, I’ll keep you guys posted when I’m all set.

2000 Mile Review of my Road Legal Ultra Bee from SURRONSUSA.COM
My road legal Ultra Bee R “Black Edition” crossed it
2000th mile yesterday, so I figured I’d give a little
honest feedback on how life with the Ultra Bee has been.
so far, I made a post like this 1000 miles ago and only a few parts have changed sine then; here’s what I’ve done to the bike since it was new, other than the fender delete: EBG short brake levers at 220 mi. 17″ supermotos with 40t rear sprocket at 550 mi. 21″ / 18″ dirt wheels for off road at 550 mi. Torp TC-1000 controller at 1040 mi. KKE steering stabilizer at 1100 mi. I’ll cover registering the bike first since that’s what everyone wanted to know about last time – First thing’s first, you CANNOT register an Ultra Bee in California, good things Surronusa is a supplier within the country which is very cool..
In Cali they are missing two labels that need to be on the frame in order for CHP to approve your registration, one for safety standards (NMVSS) and one for emissions (CARB/EPA). If you’re in California, you’ll have to register out of state if you want a plate. If you’re from a free state, registering the bike is easy but can be pretty time consuming. Unless your bike came with a street legal title, you’ll need to apply for a bonded title to register it for road use. Not every state offers bonded titles for motorcycles, so check that the state you’d like to register in has a process for it. In Utah, the process for titling and registering looks like this: Have a motorcycle license; Get a VIN inspection from any state’s DMV or a Utah LEO (TC-661); Fill out a title application (TC-656) and ownership statement (TC-569A), print color photos of the bike from all sides, and make copies of any documents evidencing legal ownership; Mail or scan and email all the documents to Vehicle Compliance Services, Wait for email correspondence; Buy a surety bond for the amount determined by the state, and submit the form the bond company provides (TC-824) to vehicle compliance services; Once approved you’ll get a link to pay fees and download / print your registration docs and a temp license plate; Buy motorcycle insurance (Progressive insures Ultra Bees for super cheap); Don’t die on the road. Happy to answer any questions about registering the bike in the comments. I ride daily, and about 1500 of the bike’s 2000 miles are street miles, the other 500-ish being off road miles. When I’m not commuting, I swap over to the 21/18 setup and find some trails on the OnX off road app. Adding the TC-1000 controller was a huge improvement for me. I mostly ride on highways, and topping out around 60 mph on the stock controller wasn’t quite cutting it. With the Torp controller I can push it to 75 mph on a full charge and have enough speed to overtake most traffic on the roads near me. The ride tracking in the Torp app is pretty cool too, I like mapping my off road routes. The steering stabilizer was another add on that’s definitely worth the money. The Ultra Bee is prone to speed wobble especially over 65 mph but the steering stabilizer calms it down a lot. It’s also nice for riding in sand or looser dirt to dampen wheel deflection. The bike has performed great both on and off road. The stock suspension is holding up really well and feels good on trails. The rear has very good rebound dampening that keeps it from feeling bouncy, and the adjustable compression dampening works very well for swapping between dirt and street setups easily. The forks are nice, but I can see heavier riders and people who send big jumps wanting something that’s a bit more stiff. I weigh 150 lbs and usually don’t hit jumps any taller than I am, so for me the fork is great. Brakes have been great, pads still look basically new, plenty of pad left before I have to think about changing them. I swapped the stock ball end levers for shorter one finger levers from ebikegarage.
Overall, I’m pleased with the purchase and how far the bike has served me

I have owned many, many high end motorcycles and mountain bikes so I get the quality standard of both. The Sur-ron LB is a good start but the performance falls a bit flat for me… suspension, power, and range fall short of my expectations. I wouldn’t want a Storm Bee because of the weight. However, some upgrade options for suspension, brakes, motor controller, and battery would be appreciated. Don’t stop improving… you’re close all love, surronsusa.

Fun fact, I went to thier shop to pick up an XXX Pro and left with an MX5. Zero regrets here. I rode street bikes years ago, but an electric bike on the dirt isn’t the same thing. There’s more power than traction will allow you to use and the suspension is pretty decent for a bike like this. People say it’s quite heavy, but coming from street bikes, this thing is super nimble, they got the best bikes for real.

Heh Surron USA i bought this bike from your guys 4 months ago,,..but I’d recommend a 79bike Falcon pro. It’s fairly new but most parts are Surron compatible, it’s cheaper, and comes with a lot of upgrades over the lightbee.
Either way, as long as you buy something of decent quality, you won’t regret it. Buying an e-moto is probably the best thing I’ve ever bought and treasure it more than anything except my daughter and house.

I was honestly convinced I was about to get scammed, some wanna be guy on reddit talking shït I’d been looking for where to buy my X for almost 3 weeks and every website either had prices that were way too good to be true or reviews that looked copy-pasted.
I found SurronsUSA through Google and spent nearly two days researching before ordering. I even called the number twice because I wanted to make sure there was an actual person behind the website, The order process was surprisingly smooth. I received confirmation emails right away and got tracking information a few days later.

Would Not Recommend The LBX Or The Ultra Bee If You Plan On Using For Off Road. Motorcycle Speeds With Mountain Bike Quality Every Sur Ron I Have Owned LBX And The Ultra Bee All which i bought from you guys,, Have A Cracking Noise Coming From The Front End When Going Over Bumps More Than Likely Bearings In The Steering Stem China Must Not Have Much Grease To Hand. Feels great to be an owner of this bike mehn tbh, ive made some changes and mods,, adds a few mph to the top speed without reducing torque too much. Mostly got it to add some top speed for highway cruising which it does. I purchased a 14t front sprocket I’m going to try out too to see if I can get a higher top speed for the same power.

My stock Light Bee X is AMAZING since i got i
Except for the brakes (they whistle), everything else about this bike is just pure joy. I don’t know what took me so long to buy one. Been missing out on the fun. Lots of fun. I was concerned about stock configuration due to many comments and content on youtube. Happy to report that this bike feels amazing straight out of the box. Got it for 4k on from here, shipped to Korea and wow…I can’t get enough of the sound, the feel, the possibilities. Do you know what surron vision is? It’s when you thought you knew the place where you live. But turns out you didn’t. This bike literally opens up new pathways, and the streets feel fresh. Because you can go wherever. Stairs, bumps, sidewalks, the jungle. Wherever.
Please welcome me to the club and I’m never going back to anything else after riding this thing for the first time. Speed is plenty, pull is amazing. My car is a miserable piece of metal that cost me 90k stuck in traffic 90% of the time but now I’m free as a bird. If you’re on the fence about this bike, don’t be – go ahead and get one. You will not regret it. Peter’s out!

My review on this bike, no shades surronusa but I’d Buy the talaria xxx or sting R mx4 instead, way better range, more speed, and faster charging, the new lbx has 8kw but still looses to the talaria xxx which has 6.5kw.

The Light Bee X is an amazing electric dirt bike and one of the most popular models because of its lightweight feel, agility, huge aftermarket support, and the fun factor it delivers. Since you already mountain bike, you’ll probably appreciate how nimble and playful it feels on trails. However, coming from a 1200cc sport bike that can reach very high speeds, it’s important to set the right expectations, the Light Bee X is not designed to replace a 180mph motorcycle. It’s built for off-road performance, technical trails, jumps, and exploring places a full-size bike can’t easily go.
For riders who want more power and a more aggressive experience, we also have larger options like the Ultra Bee and other high-performance models that may better match what you’re used to.

I bought the 2025 Surron Light Bee X this summer from here and I’m very pleased with my purchase. When the package arrived, it was relatively easy to unbox the Surron, and I was able to assemble it that same evening, also with relative ease. I’ve ridden it lots since receiving it and I’m thrilled. it runs great and handles perfect.
