Note* I am not being paid anything to make this review. My son and I did a ton of research looking g for the cheapest and best surron seller / dealer and settled on Surronsusa.com. First of all thier prices door to door to Pennsylvania was the cheapest by a couple hundred on both the light and ultra bee. On top of that the helped me by allowing me to make payments in 2 installmens. Mark ( thier sales agent i was in contact with) was very accommodating answering all my questions and comforting me during the scary “waiting period”. My bike arrived to me in 37 days. It was packaged perfectly, and everything needed was included, including an extra pair of brake pads, and necessary tools. I am honestly really blown away by the service and quality. I’m not sure why so many use Gonped or whatever, their quote was the highest one I received!! Quality 10/10 Communication 10/10 Arrival 9/10 – the only issue was the driver forgot to call while he was on the way, but that can happen with any supplier. My son is saving up for an ultra bee now, and once again surron usa prices are significantly cheaper. I would definitely recommend him specifically and his company. I’ve just set up my SR and had a quick question about the lights is the back light supposed to stay on even when the front light is turned off? Also, when I use the back lever, the back light doesn’t seem to get any brighter, is that normal, or should it change brightness?
Just want to check if everything’s working as it should or if I’ve missed a setting somewhere.
Any help would be really appreciated, thanks!

Regarding the rear light, behavior can vary depending on the model and settings. On many Surron models, the rear light can remain on even when the front light is switched off, and the brake light should normally increase in brightness when the brake lever is applied.
If yours isn’t changing, we recommend checking the light settings and connections. If you still notice an issue, our support team will be happy to help you troubleshoot and make sure everything is working properly.

Hello friends, I’m from Ecuador. My surronsusa review.
I’ve had a Surron Light Bee since 2021 from you guys and it’s been great. I use it to take my kids up the mountain and for downhill riding. This week, while going uphill, the bike stopped. First, the turbo mode deactivated, and then it went into eco mode, but after a short time, it shut off. I’ve checked all the possibilities, and the closest thing to my problem after all the diagnostics is that the engine temperature sensor is faulty. Looking at reviews, it says I can bypass the connector at the engine output and add a resistor. My question is, has anyone else experienced the same problem, and is what I’m about to do the right thing? Can your team help me with feedback? Please. Thanks

I have a 21 Light Bee from here. It’s nimble, descent torque and fun to drive. I was thinking of upgrading to an ultraBee. My only reservation is size and weight. Any opinions? I drive mostly on old logging trails.

The Ultra Bee is definitely a step up in size, weight, power, and stability. For old logging trails, it can be a great upgrade because it offers more torque, better suspension, and more confidence on rough terrain. The trade-off is that it won’t feel as nimble and playful as the Light Bee, especially on tight trails.
If you enjoy the lightweight, flickable feel of your 2021 Light Bee, you may want to consider your riding style. But if you’re looking for more power and a bike that handles bigger terrain with ease, the Ultra Bee is an excellent choice.
